Students who want to learn more about the fields of audiology and speech language pathology but are unsure about declaring the major are encouraged to take SLHS 1150. This major permits the student to apply for graduate studies in one of two specialty areas: audiology or speech-language pathology. In addition a variety of speech, language, and hearing disorders are introduced. It provides a broad overview of normal speech, language and hearing development.
